WEEK 4 TRAINING PLAN - PIVOTING
This Weeks Plan: Week 4 Wednesday February 26th
- ALL - Practice game day warm up.
- ALL – teaching an outside pivot
- Nettas & 11s – pass quickly, fast feet
- 13s & 17s – Encourage high intensity training for short period bursts. - Work hard for 2 x 30 second bursts rather than 1 minute continuous.
